Whitelist Instructions

As spam filters get more and more aggressive, sometimes email newsletters that you want to receive are accidentally being filtered out of your Inbox by a spam filter. Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder every few days to make sure that email that you do want isn’t being filtered there by accident. In most email software, if a piece of email is accidentally put in your Junk or Spam folder, you can simply mark it “this is not spam” (see your email Help system for how to do this).Horses in Field

To be sure you receive your email newsletter, you must "whitelist" it. This means, you set up your email software to accept incoming email from a specific email address. In our case, the email address is askval@valheart.com

Please whitelist us now, so that you’ll always receive tips, newsletters and updates from Val Heart uninterrupted.
