Val offers several Consulting Plans to get started changing your life and your relationships with your animals.
Which Plan is right for you and your animal's needs?
Before you decide, please note:
* Val is most interested in working with people who feel stuck and are ready to move forward in their lives, with spiritual seekers and with animal communication students.
* Val also works with animals who have passed on, helping you cope with grief and loss, and to find completion and peace with their passing.
* Although Val specializes in working with dogs and horses, she is available for cats, birds, or other species consultations, if the client meets her criteria.
* She does not work with Lost or Missing Animals (click here for a list of recommendations for communicators who specialize in this area.)
* Val only charges for her time, and works with as many animals as you need help with during the time allowed for your session.
* All animal sessions are conducted over distance (using telephone, Skype), or email and/or 'solo' (where Val does the work and sends you the results afterward either through email or a digital recording).
* Val recommends that your first session be 1 hour (or longer if needed). Depending on how many animals you want Val to work with and the seriousness of the issues you'd like her assistance in resolving, you may want to take advantage of her Gold or Silver Plans to save money, energy and time. 3 Focused Sessions are recommended to create the greatest shift and changes in your and your animal's health and behavior..
* If your session goes over time, the additional time will be prorated and billed at her regular hourly rate.
* Preparing for your Session requires that you fill out and submit Val's BodyMind Assessment Questionnaires (one for you and one for each of your animals), and send her a picture of your animals (email is fine). You can fill out as much or as little information as you wish (your information is kept strictly confidential and will never ever be shared with anyone else, period). Remember that the more information Val has, the faster you'll see results and the more targeted your session will be.
* Note: When you purchase blocks of time in hour segments, they may not be broken down into smaller increments of time. Example: you buy 3 hours at the special Plan rate -- that time is designated to be used in three 1 hour (or longer if needed) sessions, and cannot be split into multiple 15 or 30 minute sessions.

- Recommended: You may ask up to 3 Questions at a time. If you ask more than 3 questions, prioritize them so that if Val runs out of space, she'll get the most important questions answered first.

How to Schedule Your Session:
Upon the completion of your payment you will immediately be sent an email with a link to schedule your appointment on-line.
If you have difficulty making an appointment through the on-line appointment scheduler please contact Dona at 951-672-2968 for assistance.
If you live outside of the United States or Canada, Skype may be used for consultation calls at no cost. It is a free and easy to use computer-based phone system that allows people to connect to each other from their computers from anywhere in the world. Simply visit www.skype.com to download your free software program and to create your skype account. Once you have created your account simply give Val your Skype ID and she will initiate the phone call at the scheduled time. (You will need a microphone for your computer, an inexpensive one works fine!) Val's Skype ID is Val.Heart.
Payment Policies for All Service Plans:
Payments are due before you will be able to schedule your session. (See above). In special instances and with prior approval, payment may be paid no later than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeit of your scheduled time. If there is a problem, you must Contact Val or her assistant Dona immediately.
Checks and money orders are accepted if paid in advance, and may be mailed with your Questionnaire Application. Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit and debit card payments may be processed online through our 100% Secure Server.
You may also pay online with PayPal . Contact Val or her assistant Dona for help paying using PayPal.
Optional Digital Recording:
Val can record your session via a digital audio online system, which she then gives you a link to access to listen or download. There is a $10 fee for this service, and you must request and pay for it in advance with your consultation payment (look for the link on the order form).
This fee will be waived if you give Val permission to use your recording for teaching purposes for her students. Rest assured your private information will always be kept confidential.
Rescheduling, No Shows and Cancellation Policy:
Understand that your appointment purchases Val's time. If you don’t show up for your appointment, you still owe her for your scheduled session. If you need to reschedule, Contact Val at least 2 full business days (note that her Business Week is from Tuesday through Saturday) before your session date so she can offer your session time to someone else who needs it.
Refunds:
If you pre-purchase time that you decide not to use and notify Val at least 2 full Business Days (48 hours) before your session date and time (note that her Business Week is from Tuesday through Saturday), then your money will be refunded promptly.
If you request a refund for unused consulting time and have purchased a Gold or Silver consulting package you will forfeit the special discount (the special program discounts are applied toward your last sessions). Refunds can take up to 2 weeks or more to process, depending on your credit card statement cycle, and may include a small processing fee.
