I have a very special story and newsletter edition to share with you today. My dear friend, client and animal communication student, Lisa, called me recently in a panic. Her beloved horses, Mocha and Lantana, and their yearling sisters, had all been bitten by rattlesnakes on their faces.

Although Lantana and the 2 babies were hurting pretty bad, her vet said that Mocha’s situation was the worst case of snakebite that he’d ever seen.  It appeared that she’d been bitten first, so she was the worst.

It was touch and go with Mocha.  Her head had swelled so much that she couldn’t see and could barely breathe.  Lisa was terrified she was going to lose her.

Lisa and her husband Allen pour their heart into running a top notch breeding facility for cutting horses.  But as anyone who works with horses can tell you, anything can happen at any time!

All their horses are very special gifts, but Mocha is an extraordinary being.  Two years ago, Lisa was ready to sell some of her beloved horses and foals (never an easy decision for her as they are all so near and dear to her).  So she called me to help her talk with them all, explain the situation and prepare them for the process.  Although the other horses were naturally excited and expressive about this, when we spoke with Mocha, she begged Lisa not to sell her – that they had a purpose being together!  Mocha loves to go to school, hates to miss out on anything, and is so connected and in sync with Lisa that they are a part of each other’s heart.  So you can begin to feel Lisa’s heartbreak…

The healing and communication session we did together that day was nothing short of a miracle! Together we found a way to transmute the poison out of Mocha’s body, and by the end of our session, the swelling had gone down so much that she could see again. And she was breathing more normally, eating hungrily and drinking. Lisa’s report the next day was that Mocha was ever so much better and that Lisa could actually watch the healing taking place, it was amazing!  Although Mocha is improving, she isn’t completely out of the woods yet and can use your help.  Prayers, reiki, or just general well wishing is all appreciated.
